Members Stratmaster458
I got some SR225i's and they are fantastic. Grado builds the best headphones ever, great buy. I bought my from an authorized dealer an audiophile store in cambridge MA actually. I was too afraid to buy on ebay do to the off chance that I may be sold a counterfeit. Members boytbpc
I've been using Grados for 4 or 5 years now. You should also look into a headphone amp. I built the CMoy and it made a huge difference.

Members Mistersuperfly
I always wanted Grados but I need good mixing/tracking headphones and I often times have to track in the same room as my amp... open back was going to be hell on my ears. Members stereoloud
I propose the Sennheiser HD25-1 ii!!!! not to be confused with the HD25 SP... They are pretty flat on its frequency response, so is ideal for monitoring, music, film production and so on. The most impt thing is they are very comfortable, compared to the old workhouse Sony MDR-7506... even allows one side to be pushed up above the ear while still wearing it. can't find any pics to show this though...
