Members mr benn
after some considerable contemplation I've reached the conclusion that JAGUANADO is definitely the appropriate title for this fine instrument to be,and is deserving of a custom decal

Members claytonjohn18
{censored} man, my guitar tech was telling me that you couldn't give away those WRHBs in the late 70's and 80's. He was stunning when I told him that you guys flip {censored} over them.

We used to use those to kill rats in the driveway."
Members Fender&EHX4ever
Aboslutely stunning. EBay? Yes. I wish it had a better back story, like, "Yeah, it was from my father's first guitar that he brought to 'Nam in 1970 and played for the villagers while the jungle was burning all around." Members hangwire
I'm not one for speed of builds... but even I would have finished this by nowprobably
Members Fender&EHX4ever
My last build put me in the hole for awhile. But I'm glad this is being dragged on. Until a month ago, I was going to put TV Jones pups in it. Since I already have a guitar with TVs in it, that didn't make much sense. I want everything to be just right
Members slushpup96
I'm very fond of your design. Excellent pickups - offset - insane finish. It is a winner.

Members dZjupp
Yes. It's basically a Custom Jaguar body with a Jazzmaster neck; but I'm calling it a Custom Jazzmaster because that is what the headstock will say when all is said and done Originally, I was thinking of going with a matching headstock. But I think it would be a complication that I wouldn't want to get into, and typically I don't like matching headstocks on Fenders anyway. Thanks i love the mock up but would disagree on the matching headstock, i think with that color it would def look killer with a matching headstock. Members Fender&EHX4ever
i love the mock up but would disagree on the matching headstock, i think with that color it would def look killer with a matching headstock.I'm pretty certain most would agree that a matching headstock is the way to go on this. But that would require me to remove the decal and finish from the Coronado neck. I'm not sure I want to do that. I sort of like the Frankenstein Monster approach of this build... parts and bits from a variety of Fender models

Members Fender&EHX4ever
Lovely. What did you pay if I might ask? Way too much! I could've bought a used Jazzmaster or '72 Thinline for the same But the vintage WRHBs seem to be getting more expensive every year, so if you're wanting some, probably better now than later
