Besides the frets,why do you think that?

 

Everyone has covered it since, but it's worth reiterating: too expensive, will need major money to get it into playable condition... It looks like expensive firewood :)

That's a $600 (that's dollars) guitar.
Like has been mentioned, it's going to cost you a fortune to restore it, and that's IF it can be restored.
I suspect there's a good reason someone stripped it of its usable parts. If the guitar were any good it would be complete and set-up. It may make a good wall hanger.
With the cost + upgrade cost you're close to what a good, working 345 would cost.
I'd definitely skip.

i am going to go against the grain here and say you should go for it. it looks like all that guitar really needs is a new set of strings and a setup, after that you will be
rocking your nights away playing chumbawamba covers
to your heart's content
