Members hangwire
I always liked DOD better than boss back in the 90s. the delay and modulation effects always hit my ear better... EHX and those big clanky boxes were king though so I saw this today for $40 oh and now that I am older and wiser, I opened it up... trimpots going to find some time this weekend from finishing up some guitar projects and mark & tweak those things and see if I can get at least oscillations going... ugly, lores [now], digital oscillations
Members magnum pi
Cool, one of my fave pedals. I seem to remember that one of the trimpots increases the sample/delay time, the repeats get real dirty but its still nice.
Members homestar_kevin
SICK!!!!! Such a cool delay. I've wanted one of these ever since I had one of it's little brothers.
Members gambit
If it's anything like the DFX9 of mine, there's some great oscillation, or at least some interesting degradation of the repeats with high feedback.. I kind if want one of those, but not sure if I need it.. How's the looping on it?
Members hangwire
. How's the looping on it? not big into looping but in my not very good opinion...it is ancient and feels complicated i looped with a dl4, and have n m9 now so I guess I like the space and button options approach better, but I guess for the RC2 crowd is is simplar juts limited by 90s tech specs for time
Members homestar_kevin
I think it's just longer than the dfx9 right? That why I always wanted one, I love the infinite mode on the DFX9, so I've always wanted the
Members hangwire
dfx9 or dfx91 wonder if dod ever released the dfx98 thing with reverse mode- they might be what ehx became through the 00s.

Members BmoreTele
The DFX94 is similar to the PDS8000, except only 4 seconds of delay and only one foot switch. Same lo-res digital sound.

Members nankuamedha
you should be able to stretch out the time on it. I really like my FX90/
Members monsterbot
I had one of these. I remember it being very warm for a digital delay. The sample/hold thing was okay I guess. I go on the youtubes sometimes and look for samples of it to remember the good times. [video=youtube;O7-ss1fk5YQ]

Members cutlunch
great things about this pedal1. you can make a loop and then change the delay time and it changes pitch....have 100% feedback and then loop over the top and change the pitch again...2. you make a loop, turn the feedback to 0% then turn the pedal on/off quickly to get gating sounds wish they make the DFX98
