Its a solid guitar but the lower tips have some damage...the upper horn has a decent chunk taken out. But I only really need two guitars and I'm trying to buy more mods for the Randall so its gotta go.The Viper 301s were made before they had the Viper 400 and have almost identical specs except the 301 came stock with EMG-HZs rather than actives. I had the 81/85 set professionally installed and I did the 18V mod myself but I can change it back to stock easily if thats what you prefer. It is a killer amp, But I keep thinking back to when I owned my XTC, and that is still to this day my favorite tone. I currently have the SL2, EG5, Bman, and a Randall XTC. I just paid $1500 shipped for the head with 3 sets of tubes, so that's what I'm looking for. Buyer gets 1st crack at the mods...$350 each/$150 for the XTC. Buy them all, and the XTC is free. Includes original case as well. Looking for fenders Ibanez Prestige's, ESP's, and other things along those lines. No Schecters or Deans please, I just don't feel comfortable with their necks.
