General question is too general. What cuts of meat are we comparing? I would take bacon or a pork tenderloin over a london broil any day.

I would take a standing rib roast over a pork tenderloin roast anyday, but when it comes to the outside crispy fatty skin, pork wins by a landslide.

Pork fat > Beef fat.

Beef has ribeye steak and tenderloin steaks. Nothing compares to the taste of a perfectly grilled steak with no added flavor needed.

Pork needs smoke flavoring or salt to taste it's best. Ham, bacon, ribs. However, once you do this it tastes fantastic.

Beef wins because it tastes better than pork without any curing or flavor enhancing.

Honestly this debate is easily answered by one question:

Where does bacon come from?

This.

Not to mention, think of all the things you cook with pork for flavor.

Versatility, usefulness as a seasoning ingredient + bacon & sausage = WINNAR!

That said, I really, really did enjoy that perfectly medium-rare ribeye I had Friday night!

What the hell is wrong with you people? Don't you realize that BACON is pork? If you don't think bacon is the ultimate food, you don't deserve to eat. Go eat some wheatgrass and tofurkey and cry about Sarah Palin shooting every polarbear in the face.
