I'll bet that kid won't give a {censored} about the price he had to pay. Because he's young and dumb. I'd also bet that the parents will probably pay half the fine. I mean, {censored}, he didn't even have the rationality to think that killing an innocent and helpless animal was wrong, what the hell makes them think that punishments like that would help at all? I'm making a lot of assumptions, but, that's pretty much how it happens around where I live. In fact, I remember hearing of two kids doing something like this to a dog they found, a couple years ago. They stabbed it with a screwdriver, and bashed its head with a cinderblock. Fortunately, the dog lived, and I think all they got was some probation and a fine. I've seen them since then, and they're still the arrogant and worthless pricks that they were before. I wouldn't doubt for a second that they'd do it all again if they found another dog in the streets. Then again, maybe vatos are different from kids in the UK.
