    Where did the time go? So much has changed for me since then, with regard to making music.

      I had just started playing regularly again, after many years of hardly ever playing. I played a fair amount in my late teens and then stopped. I stumbled upon this forum in '03 when I was reading user reviews of guitars.

      Now I play every day. The difference in motivation for me is the discovery of songwriting and the sum-greater-than-parts magic of playing with other musicians and singers.

      I was a member under a different user-name a long time ago. That was some time between 1998 and 2001 or so. The whole Harmony Central site was different back then. I rejoined in 2008 under the present name.

        Times have changed, haven't they? My 10 year is in November.
