Phil O'Keefe
So much for my idea of using an RC fire truck... looks like another company has a remotely repositionable mic stand out. https://dynamount.com/

Phil O'Keefe
Whatever happened to having a comely and sparsely attired "Studio Engineering Assistant" to move the microphone around? That's the traditional approach, and to be honest, it's probably the less expensive approach too... but it's not so great for those times when you don't have an assistant working with you.
