Big fan of Hamers here and yours is gorgeous. Here's mine: Sorry for the huge pic. People think I'm a kook for saying this, but it will sound orgasmic (sorry Arkay) with a bone or tusq nut. I changed out the teflon nut on both of my Hamers - it's a tone sponge. What the HELL is that blue one in the middle, and how do I get it?! Fantastic guitar, but unfortunately I hardly ever play it these days, since I discovered that my tendonitis acts up a lot less when I play a guitar with a thicker neck. The '92 Hamer necks are very thin; I understand they got beefier later in the 90s, but I'm not sure what year. I also understand that the new Korina Special Jr. has a nice beefy 50s-style neck, but those are still pretty rich for my blood at the moment, so I remain on the lookout for a mid-late-90s P90 Special to replace mine with.
