Members _pete_
Just curious. Which of these do you like best? Don't suggest other colors, layouts or parts. I have all the parts to make one of these exactly as pictured. The red body is in use at the moment with a specific setup for my tribute band (see pic in sig) but I will probably swap this loaded pickguard in it when I'm not using it in the band. Members _pete_
Maybe I should have mentioned that the red body is alder, the black is an Affinity, and the white is (gasp) plywood. They all sound good though. Really.
Members papaboom
I'd go with that yellowish-white one - but I would switch the pickguard out ASAP for a white one. The black with cream pickguard screams "Stryper" for some reason..
Members Scarywoody
Vintage white and black. It goes well with any on stage clothing.

Members _pete_
Thanks for the opinions guys. I was just curious to what you'd all like. In the end it doesn't matter. I'm a diehard 2 humbucker LP guy so the Strat will just be used for "seasoning" on recordings. It probably won't be played live with that pickguard setup.I'll probably use the red one anyway since it has the best body (alder, full thickness) and will have a Warmoth neck and color matched headstock. The black body and the white body will make do with a 21 or 22 fret Squier neck (I have one of each). Oh {censored}, I just remembered I have a Daphne Blue body up in the attic.

Members EJD
I would say Surf Green, but that's the typical EJD answer to everything You said pick one of those three anyway, so I'm gonna go with the vintage white. It explodes mojo.

Members Kace
I like either the red with the unpainted headstock (just never jived with me,) or, completely as shown, the white. Wouldn't be unhappy with any of the 3 choices though.

Wouldn't be unhappy with any of the 3 choices though. The red headstock is there for the tribute band thing. The guitar is currently built to replicate this one. Red headstock, mirror pickguard, L500 bridge pup, old style Floyd.
