I'd get one from rondomusic.net if you want a cheap P. Although the SX's don't come with their own ghost.

Edit: actually rondo doesn't have any fretted P's in stock right now. They should have them again soon, though. They have jazz's though.

I dunno. i have a Bridgecraft strat copy I bought used for $65. Doesn't play too badly. I like the electronics better than what's in my SX strat. I may switch the pickups 'n all between the two. Hopefully I can just pull the pickguard with everything intact and it'll fit.

I bought a P clone from National Music Supply for $30. The output is better than some of the real deal P's I've heard. Build quality is pretty decent and the pots work, the bridge is adjustable...the whole enchalada

 

Checking that out right now.
