Members noiseprofessor
I dig the track and can't wait to dig out JP-8 from somewhere. Damni't i've been GAS-ing this synth for way too long. All these demos are a salt on wound... too sorry for that ;-) Beware of those high prices, the thing is still overrated big time and one can easily get it less expensive. takes just a bit more time then. Members Don Solaris
Roland JX-3P sound demoPicked up one locally for 550. I was skeptical about its sound (for so long i thought it was a downsized JX-8P - but i was so wrong!). Few days ago i finally found 60 minutes to spend with this synth and made some 40 patches. Here they go (recorded directly into soundcard): JX-3P Demo 1 (02:38) - mostly pads and some bassesJX-3P Demo 2 (03:25) - drones and some padsMy unit has installed Organix expansion so that i can finally edit and store patches via PC which originally isn't possible. It also lets you edit it via PG-300 programmer real time and sequence it from PC which too isn't possible originally. Unfortunately i don't have the PG-300, so i use the PC which is better - gives more precision and instant storage and recall.EDIT: just added the second demo. Enjoy! Members carbon111
I posted this elsewhere but it probably belongs here more...Here's a quick demo I did over the weekend of a single patch on the Serge Creature. No other M-odules/Panels were used, no multi-tracking and no processing other than a bit of reverb. Only the knob positions were altered to get different timbres.http://carbon111.com/serge/creature_patch1.wavAll sounds were created with this configuration:http://www.carbon111.com/creature.htmlEDIT:Here's two more patches:Rhythmic: http://www.carbon111.com/serge/creature_patch2.wavDrone: http://www.carbon111.com/serge/creature_patch3.wav

Members MetalFalcon
Hey guys, The track called "Chameleon" on my page (metalfalcon.com) uses an Evolver desktop for all the synth parts. The rest is just drums, vocals, and I think 2 guitar tracks. , Doug
Members Carey M
I always wondered what the Yamaha SS30 string machine sounded like... Well, now I know: http://www.twango.com/media/aliced25.public/aliced25.10009 Found this while browsing Sequencer.de forums (I have to learn some German). - CM
Members Carey M
So... I ditched my Sunsyn. It sounded fabulous, but somehow the sound didn't fit with my current music... So... I got a Studio Electronics Omega 8 instead And here is a demo of a few patches I made. Not groundbreaking stuff, just some traditional synth sounds that I like, pads etc. All dry, no limiting (turn up the volume), no nuttin'... except for that very last bit. - CM
