Members HazeFX
I dig Dustin Kensrue's chord voicings on the Beggars album, he tends to play Am like so -0- -0- -5- -7- -7- -0- really interesting way of looking at it.
Members Brambulance
I like this one, it's essentially a combination of a Eminor and a Dmaj. Emin9add11--2----3----2----5----2----0-- thats a tough way to look at it... How about Bmin7/E ?
Members pbone
Right now I'm into quartal voicings the most, which are chords built on fourths instead of thirds. try this: -5--6--5--5--5--x- It's a Dm7 quartal voicing. I've been learning them all up and down the neck, they kind of {censored}ing rule.

Members english_bob
I've always liked this C#m: --0-- --0-- --6-- --6-- --4-- --x-- or play an open A string for a cool Amaj7sus2(?) voicing. also E barre shapes with an open B and E: --0-- --0-- --6-- --7-- --7-- --5-- ...works in several positions. This is a Jimmy Page Amin add9 from "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You": --0-- --0-- --5-- --7-- --0-- --x--
Members big_cat
what kings of convenience = a band i believe it's just an inversion of Bb with an E in there
Members pbone
kings of convenience = a bandi believe it's just an inversion of Bb with an E in there Yeah I know who they are, but I just never heard them play that. It's in first inversion, but it doubles the D and F, and puts the E right below the F on the second string. Major dissonance.

Members Coma Larkin
Which one? I have A Chromatic Approach To Jazz Harmony, but that's it. I think that's the book I'm going to spend the most amount of time working on next. Pretty sure it's that book. I never actually owned it but a buddy had it and I perused through it until space started folding in on itself and I had to stop.
