Members Frank Remark
I now gotta come up with big reggae dub echoes that are in sync with the music during live performances... What would you suggest? I was looking at the Vox Joe Satriani Time Machine...is that nice?

Members Meriphew
What's your budget, and how much delay time do you need?
Members mhuxtable
Nova repeater, Deluxe Memory Boy, Nova Delay, DD-20 or DD-7...there are TONS of delay pedals with tap on them Just depends on how many features you need & how much money you want to spend. Members IRG
I'd say Repeater as well. Plus you can strum the tap tempo, which is a pretty cool feature when playing live I would imagine. Plus it sounds great, not that expensive. DD-7 is pretty good too, or the DL8, but I like the Repeater best in this price range.
Members delayed delay
Another vote for Nova Repeater here! Although... if you want presets, the Nova Delay wouldn't be that much more...
Members MadMax808
I can't say enough for the Nova Delay. Though, if you can do without the presets, the Repeater is quite nice, too.

Members Pewtershmit
SMMH, Boss dd-7 with external tap. timefactor? never played with a time machine but im not sure its all that great... what a weeny thing to say. The time machine is great, just like every other satch designed vox shindig.
Members dap99
I do NOT recommend the SMMH. To set the tempo you push, hold, and then let up when you want the loop to start over. No matter how hard I try, I just can't perfect that looper. Pedals where you push down and then push down again are easier for me. YMMV.
