But it's pretty funny and at the same time way too {censored}ed up for me to understand Also, when I bought my new guitar (Hufschmid) recently.. I discovered that Patrick (the luthier) - a user with like 7k+ posts on ss.org - had been permabanned as well. Moreover, any discussion about his guitars generates a ban. Go figure ss.org is an epic failure... You mention Hufschmid, the only thing he has ever done was to post building threads to share guitar building pictures. Then one day last year he got hacked, somebody was using his IP to create dummy accounts to promote his business (as if he did not have enough exposure already - this should have been a hint) but no, since they matched up IP, they got suspicious and turned hufschmid into a general taboo. In fact one moderator ''Technomancer'' as you will see on the screen shot and if you do some research is a professionnal at banning members over there and is a hatter towards Hufschmid Guitars and convinced the admin to censor his name.... In fact I got this screen shot from hufschmid a couple days ago, please dont mention anything to him, he would be pretty angry for me doing this, but this is a PM exchange with moderator DDDorian: reply: The techno moderator post he is talking about: The sad part is that they did not even bother to delate all of his posts and the threads are all up on google with ''..........'' instead of Hufschmid Further more, they have a Hufschmid Guitars picture which appears 3 times out of 10 on the index page which naturally brings people to think what the hell is going on.... My name over there was 8stringlover, I was banned by a moderator because I took Hufschmid's defens when they treated him of post whore... {censored} that place, its been now one year that I dont go there anymore. I am not a great poster over here but I try and come as opten as possible as a guest and that's what counts IMO Oh and because one of his customer posted a thread in the 8 string section to show his new guitar day and because he said that he would not go back there anymore after what they have done to Hufschmid, member VGTA (Steve Gibert - France) got perma banned.... by who?
