Members Nick H Posted June 19, 2012 Members Share Posted June 19, 2012 yep, you can pull out either the inner or the outer pair. Say you have tubes 1,2,3,4. You can remove tubes 1 and 4 OR 2 and 3. If you do that, you also need to cut your impedance in half i.e. use your 4 ohms output for an 8ohms cab (or your 8 ohms output for a 16ohms cab). Will try that. By the time you complete this course, you will be able to: 1- understand Slaughter is not metal 2- sell your 2 Madisons 3- buy real amp 4 - run it at half power on smaller venues 5 - be a boss. The headroom on the GH100 is bloody insane, the only amp i've ever played that felt as loud was the Diezel Herbert.
