Members Kenny Powers Posted December 20, 2012 Members Share Posted December 20, 2012 the gf got me one last month, and I have just been experimenting. last concoction was3.5 cups of chicken broth5 chicken breasts1 large white onion2 red bell peppers2 cans of black beans3 habaneros FINELY diced2 jalapenos FINELY diced2 saranos FINELY diced1 limesalt/peppertblspoon of minced garlictblspoon of raw honeyvery hot meal that is {censored}ing amazing.next on my list is super simple...1 large steak + 2 jars of pepperoncinis (with juice). and thats it. know a few people that did it, and they said its amazing. Pork buttWorcestshireApple cider vinegarBrown sugarGround mustardSmoked paprika2 onions quarted Salt PepperSome combination of that and 6-8 hours. $15 for 5lbs of amazing pulled pork? Cole you have no idea... the spices combined with the fiber from the beans, add some rice, you will blow out your bhole within an hour of consuming it. its awesome. Members Goop Posted December 20, 2012 Members Share Posted December 20, 2012 1lb Boca crumbles or ground beef.Garlic powder, salt, pepper.Brown this mixture then set aside.Coat the crock pot with crisco (optional).Two cans of sliced potatoes, one sliced onion, one sliced jalapeno, put half on this in crock pot.Add the boca/beef mixture.Add the rest of the potatoes/onion/jalapeno.Add 1/2 cup of water then top with two cans of golden mushroom soup. 3 hours on high or at least 6 hours on low.
