Seriously, when I was watching the program of them making it, my mouth was watering nonstop! I will have to see if I can find the video for you thumb.gif

EDIT: Well I can't access the video unless I am a member with Cook's Country and I couldn't find it anywhere else... It was a great watch!

2 cans of black beans

3 habaneros FINELY diced

2 jalapenos FINELY diced

2 saranos FINELY diced

1 lime

salt/pepper

tblspoon of minced garlic

tblspoon of raw honey

very hot meal that is {censored}ing amazing.

next on my list is super simple...

Damn, steak and pepperoncinis... I would have never thought of that but I bet it'd make great fajita meat.

I've been making Carolina style pulled pork lately.

Pork butt

Worcestshire

Apple cider vinegar

Brown sugar

Ground mustard

Smoked paprika

2 onions quarted

Salt

Pepper

Some combination of that and 6-8 hours. $15 for 5lbs of amazing pulled pork? That sold me on the crock pot

Garlic powder, salt, pepper.

Brown this mixture then set aside.

Coat the crock pot with crisco (optional).

Two cans of sliced potatoes, one sliced onion, one sliced jalapeno, put half on this in crock pot.

Add the boca/beef mixture.

Add the rest of the potatoes/onion/jalapeno.

Add 1/2 cup of water then top with two cans of golden mushroom soup.
