  1. I'll probably be in college for another 15 years Part of me wouldn't mind being broke and in school for the rest of my life:love: I think I just like learning brand new stuff and being tested on it. On the other hand, regarding the opinions on making more/less than parents, part of me thinks that if I end up making less than them in my lifetime, than what the hell was the point of me? Twisted thought I know
  2. At least enough to not have to worry about the basics of survival. And then a little more to cover any "surprises." All while doing work that doesn't make me want to jump off a bridge!
  3. I feel like if I'm limited in volume and sounds, I will just play a little bit less causing my playing to suffer. I think that'll happen only if playing music/guitar was never really that important to you. You might be surprised at how your playing may improve by limiting your "volume and sounds." My freshman year I had a loud amp in a dorm with super-thin metal walls. I rarely turned it on in the dorm. These days, if I want to play quietly and don't feel like playing an acoustic, I'll play through a digital modeler (pod) through computer speakers. Headphones can get annoying.
