Members OldGuitarPlayer
I use .013-.056 gauge strings on any acoustic guitar I own. I strum hard and use a heavy pick. I don't do a lot of fingerstyle. I also play a lot with an upright bass player, mando player and fiddle player. I need the volume and tone. It does kill my fretting hand though. Members Terry Allan Hall
I'm sorry, but this is just not working for me. Rickenbacker had ya covered, back in '71... And, yeah, I had one in High School...I'll plead insanity! This is what I wish I'd"ve had...
Members baldbloke
As I said, my OM gets 0.10's and the next time I will try out some Silk&Steel.... I fitted silk N steels on a git I got. Sounds nice but dem feels like a left handed wet lettuce handshake. Yuk.
