Members Dom Rocco
I am looking for something cheap with p90s in it. Do any of those fit that requirement? I would be happy to take the squire 51 off your hands... I need something to tinker with. I think one of those with a nice set of soapbars would be schweet... I have noticed, that when I'm down to one band, and it's only playing maybe once/month, I get GASSY again... Yeah, same here. Two bands + acoustic gig fill-ins. I literally don't have time to do anything else guitar-wise. But it's funny how that came about. I started putting all that time and energy into practicing instead of reading, buying, shipping, modding, etc. and now I have more opportunities to play. I have about 15 songs to learn by next Sat. for one band and I just finished learning 5 new songs for my other band. But it's a labor of love.......and it keeps me off the streets. The Squier Tele Custom II might fit that bill for you.But if you want a deal on a '51, Batotman has his up for sale in new condition with a gigbag and shipping (I believe) for around $135.GAS onto the fire! Feels great and has super low action. On the down side, it's no where near my better toned guitars. Just some character missing somewhere. BUT!! If you blend in the bridge piezo pickup with the magnetic pickups, then it does start to become something special, but sort of as in "specialty". The acoustic simulation of the piezo itself is also surprisingly realistic sounding. It's just the mag pups where its tone is a bit short. Mine is the earlier version with the DiMarzios. The newer ones use SD Jazz and JB (I believe) combination. So it's flawed, but I can't let it go yet. + I probably wouldn't be doing you any favor once you got your hands on it and got that feeling about its tone. Members Roy Brooks
Guitars are much better than hookers. About three months ago I had about eight guitars. Now I have over twenty. I can see adding about a dozen more. Some are relatively new and some are vintage.

One guy who is horribly afflicted with GAS and who is often credited with coining the expression is Walter Becker of Steely Dan. GAS dos not seem to have hurt his musicianship. Many successful (touring, recording) guitarists have vast collections.Of course, your tongue may be firmly planted in your cheek...Most of my guitars:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/S-500_GL2.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/4recent2.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/twoteles.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/pics0030305_recent_guitars.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/pics123004_solid_hc.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/pics122804hollow.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/pics122804tel1.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/pics123104_acoustic_hc.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/Sher2_1.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/fullerton_surf2.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/Mandolin.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/jerry_picker/JG-535-S2.jpg
