The volume knob is so sensitive I can go from 60's rock to 2008 stun and grind with a simple twist. Members tlbonehead Posted April 19, 2008 Members Share Posted April 19, 2008 i think i may want to install some P90s into an epiphone SG...it currently has a seymour duncan JB and i want to make a change in the collection as i have plenty of humbucker/single coil guitarswhat kinda sound should i expect?do they go well with high gain (leads/rhythm)how about cleans?post pics of you axes with p90s/soapbars to inspire me.and any recommendation on brands would be muchly appreciatedHere's one of my Ravens with Bryan's BG P90s in it and another one with GFS Dream 90s in it. GFS humbucker size mean 90's. all the power of a humbucker, but clear, and warmer that a SC. just friging awesome tone. everyone needs at least one P-90 guitar.
