  • So we gave in and created a "look"

And it seems to be working so far.  Gigs are coming in really well.  I think there's a lot of factors, but we're definitely memorable.  A band cancelled for a huge St. Patty's show this weekend, and the owner of the club immediately called our agent and requested us.  So...  we'll be playing to 2500 drunks this Saturday from 5-7 and making better than average pay.

We're a silly band, so we went with something silly as well.  Feel free to goof....

Not much I can say about Meagan that I SHOULD be saying in front of her new hubby....

    And the pants?....  hmmm...well....

let me just say---I think it's AWESOME that you guys have a "look".  (Although you'd probably guessed I'D say that....)

Live performers have been dressing specifically for stage since the beginning of Live Performance, I would imagine.   There's a reason for this, and it's not because they are insane, desperate for attention, or compensating for lack of talent.  (Although any or all of those might be true in any individual case, of course.)

They do it because Live Performance is all about selling the Performance with every available tool.  And that a silly band dresses silly only makes sense.  If you're selling "silly" why would you dress like you're headed down to the 7-11 on your day off?  You'd only detract from your ability to sell the silly.

Love the pants. I'd wear them if I was a front man. Glasses are great, too, you look like the Black Keys' drummer's brother or something.

And I think you forgot to pay your internet bill or something. Feel free to PM for tech help.

Love any look. We tried the same thing. Just a matchy matchy kinda thing. Like someone said, it LOOKS like we showed up to play. We look like a band, and not just some randoms from the crowd.

I truly like the pants ... but ** sigh **, I can't afford the sunglasses that I've have to pass out to the audience.

Pants like that on a fat ass like mine would cause folks to go blind!!!!   .png" alt=":smileyfrustrated:" title="Smiley Frustrated" />

Gotta love Loudmouth pants!  I got a pair of the black/paisley ones, but haven't yet taken them to my tailor to make them into boot-cut pants. I'm totally going to rock the crap out of them!

I love that your LM's are very versatile, you've got a handful of T-shirt color options that will look killer!
