I'm comparing it a new lute CD that just arrived called The Bachelor's Delight. Its amazing just how much a lute sounds like a classical guitar but just a little more articulate. And... from the faintly idiotic to the truly sublime... [The late Rory Gallagher's beloved Strat, taken from the cover of the Big Guns comp album. Uncertain whether the image on it is actually on the guitar or a graphic liberty of the album designer. The Strat pictured on many of his 70s and 80s albums didn't appear to have such an image... but then, there wasn't much finish left on it as the decades progressed.
