Members AJP
Playing solo gigs (patios, pubs, private parties) for the summer. First one (with the "official" new show, PA, etc.) was last night. It was a long-ass drive but an excellent gig. Will also be doing duos and the occasional trio. I've resolved -- for a variety of reasons -- to never be in anything bigger than a trio again on any kind of regular basis. I plan to continue these and stuff every penny into the kids' college funds. Currently working on my Hammond chops by studying ELP and learning Keith's stuff by ear. Also working on getting my left hand up to solid soloing condition. And there is still a Moog LP Tribute somewhere with my name on it....
Members Gunslinger69
I'm going to try and get more proficient at MIDI. I am pre-midi and don't really know anything more than note on/note off.

Members ChristianRock
-Finish up a CD I'm doing. I'm done with all drums and acoustic guitars. Working on synth and electric guitars now.-Work on my "take-it-wherever-I-go" vocal warmup/exercises CD I've been wanting to do for years. It should only take a day to record and mix but it's never my top priority... which means it never gets done...-Sell some stuff I'm not using.-Buy me some more SRX cards with the money from the stuff I'll sell-Baby coming in September, so whatever I've got done by then, will be it for 2008, I think! Which probably means I won't go out trying to do anything with the CD until 2009.-That being said, I'll continue playing at my church two days a week + 1 day practice, until the baby is here... Then, I might spend some more time at home which will be good, I might get to work on getting my guitar chops back or even learn to play keys properly... or not... who knows how busy the baby will make me... Members Karma1
- Hoping to buy a Korg M3, although it means selling some of my other beloved synths to afford it (Korg Karma, Triton Rack, JD800). - I have some gigs coming up with one of the two bands I play with, including a gig at a big festival in Golden Gate Park in a few weeks. Also a regular once a month gig in Marin County with that band. The music is totally improvised ambient/world music and I gig with a Strat w/ Roland GR33 guitar synth, Korg Micro X, and lots of fx. - Not too much studio work planned as I have a few CD and DVD releases soon and I need to switch hats from recording /production to marketing/promotion. Members ElectricPuppy
Mostly I plan to keep streamlining my workflow, and get deeper into my synths. I'm not quite feeling it yet, but it's gettin better. (yes, yes, "I'm feeling better about things", I know, I know...)

Members Cygnus64
- correcting the libretto of Mozart's Magic Flute What's wrong with it? On keyboards, I am hopefully going to finish the album I am working on. No new gear. On fiddle, I am doing the obligatory summer pops gigs all over the place. Also playing at Blossom (outdoor venue), music of John Williams. Theres a Bernstein program with Bernstein's daughter as narrator, and we do a movie show. The movie shows are cool: they show clips from movies on the big screen, and we play the soundtracks live on stage. I also have a gig with Celine Dion. Members kpatz
Ahh, summer... when the backyard pool is open I tend to take a break from "indoor" hobbies. So, the synths probably won't see a lot of use for the next month or three...
Members MuzikB
The posting of new music by myself on myspace. The purchase of a Warwick Corvette bass guitar, or Future Retro XS, or Juno 106, or The next Roland MC Groovebox, or Jupiter 8V, and/or Korg Legacy Collection Analog edition (This depends if I purchase the XS). I will be purchasing Omnisphere in September and Melodyne Celemony DNA. Deleting G-Media's ImpOSCar. It never fits my music so I never use it. Also may be deleting Kontakt 2. Since the M3 purchase, I never use it either.
Members wineandkeyz
- Hopefully getting our new band out in the clubs. We were just about to start promoting ourselves heavily when we found out we needed to replace our bass player. - In the meantime, hopefully getting some calls to fill in with other bands in the area. - Going to hear Trace Adkins in July - Going to hear Journey, Heart, and Cheap Trick in August

Members sizzlemeister
- Spend less time on HC answering posts- Spend more time making music with all the gear I have been boasting about. QFT. I'm done buying for a while. I may sell a little thing or two, but I'm in no hurry. I would love to embark on a new project but someone flipped a switch up here and the summer heat turned on. When it's above 80 for most of the day it makes the studio too warm to fiddle in. I may try and find a group of fellow geeks or a casual band/jam situation. Doc T's get-togethers make me envious of folks who know more synth-geek folks.

Members dan88z
No gear for me either, I'm pretty happy with my rig at the moment. Aside from vacation coming up for the next 2 weekends, I have 1-3 gigs a week throughout the summer, between the 2 bands I'm actively playing with. I'm also going to hook up with a bass player who does a smooth/light jazz thing that sounds interesting- sax, keys, bass, drums. I'd be the whole harmonic content and would have a ton of room. I've always wanted to do a gig like that so we'll see how it goes.
Members coyote-1
No plans. Just exited a band.... gonna play drums, and with that and everything else I'm gonna take whatever life brings.
