Members orbm1
if it is made as a portable, easy to read device... the manufacturers are gonna become RICH!!! Great idea and concept.... usually when I play I am "kind of" able to tell which string maybe out of tune, but I am not perfect.... and I could adjust the wrong one and the problem increases, with this, the problem will be eliminated! COOL! Thanks for sharing Omar

Members jacobarber
A real accurate, quick, and well visualized pedal polyphonic tuner would absolutely decimate everything out there as long as it didn't cost a lot. It's only a matter of time til they become more common.

Members V-man
Far be it from me to be a wet blanket regarding a cool idea, but I have a feeling it would be as time consuming as with a standard tuner. Anybody competant tuning guitars takes .5 - 2 sec striking and tuning an individual string. so 3-12 seconds is all that's needed, depending on what's out of tune. With a poly tuner, there's a lot of information thrown out at once, and the distraction of 1 string way off and 2 kind of off would probably take more time than me quickly indexing each one. I think the only case where that would be time saver would be the rare case where everything is in perfect tuning except for one higher string, and that's a pretty infrequent occurance in my experience.
