Members benzem
Jazz III's are perfect for most my playing. I also use clayton 1.0 mm, exclusively until I tried the Jazz3z:thu: I like fairly thick picks for picking, thinner for strumming clean or acoustic. Members ubernerd
Fender celluloid (heavy). I dig how they look like bowling balls.

Members Armchair Bronco
Thin to win. I like the thin translucent Fender ones with the cool palm tree design.
Members twally
I like the Wegen Jypsy Jazz or something like that. They are about 3 mm but with nice contours about the point. They also have some features that help keep the pick from turning while "picking".

Members 6StringSling
I like black Dunlop 1mm nylons. I buy black 600 sandpaper that I superglue to both sides of the pick leaving about 3/16" of the tip showing and then cut off the excess around the edges. Members Faber
Don't have a brand preference but I like them small, drop shaped and medium to heavy. A little flex to them but not much is what I perfer
Members garthman
I use my fingers mostly. When I do use a pick it's a 3mm Nylon Big Stubby for lead or a 0.6mm Dunlop nylon for rhythym.
