Members bluedogaudio
The heaviest bass I've played was a Gibson Les Paul bass.
Members jackcheez
This ol' P-Bass is freak of nature heavy. The sound is uber awesome. People request this bass. ...and the old '65 EB-2 is very heavy, especially for a hollow body. Maybe it's all that hardware, or somebody poured lead in it. Members Davedblyoo
Having toted both a T-40 in the past and my EBMM SR5 currently, my nod's got to go to the Stingray. This thing kills me by the end of the night!

Members The Real MC
My Gibson RD Artist was a heavy bastard with maple body and neck. It was heavier than my six shooter. Helluva tone though.
Members Loop-Master
Some old 70's Gibson bass that my bandmate had in the early 90's was the heaviest I felt. His straps would come off all the time. That thing weighed a ton!

Members Xuf
A triple neck T40 would to be played in space, due to lack of gravity but would definetly be the heaviest bass ever

Members knuckle_head
do you include those bass zithers they are turning out.. He weighted the body (poured-in molten lead) in this bass so it would tip the neck up - I held this bass and it is by far the heaviest electric bass I have ever foisted. It sounded beautiful. Members el_duderino676
My T-40 FL outweighs every other bass that I've played and owned, including other T-40s of both earlier and later vintage. The thing is seriously like a boat anchor if you wear it on a strap, but my God it plays like butter.
