Accounts created with the same user name on both forums. Cool. Would be nice having a fellow Canucklehead around, we're pretty few and far between. AbsintheXIII (my fiancee) and I are going on a west coast road trip starting July 9 in Calgary with the main reason for hitting there being just to take in Eve's gig. Mr and Mrs Bleepo are making the 5 hour drive up for the show as well. It's going to be a great time.

Depends on who/what ya like. The one place I felt at home with is now being overrun with the things I wanted to avoid b/c the other place I wanted to kinda avoid kicked them out. I resemble that remark.

Got the info in the other post. So I guess things did change around here and not for the better. I am sure Talkbass is one site, what is the other? Incorrect. TB is a little to snobby for most of us. We'd all get banned too quickly. There is Ebassist and Musicians Central.

So far as far as people from this board (now the other 2 boards that we all re-located too after this place {censored} the bed) we have confirmed the following: Eve Hell Bleepo and his wife Mrs Bleepo Myself and my finacee, AbsintheXIII It's not your typical full on GTG, it's a gig that we're all traveling long distances to go too and hang out, but the more the merrier all the same. Would be cool to see another face at it for sure.

I take a few years off this forum to focus on other things, and the first day back I see this thread is still going. Glad to see I didn't miss much. I don't recognize the name. A shame too, I'm coming to your town in a few weeks. There's going to be a GTG for forumites at another forumites gig, you should come too.

Reminds me of the time we dared my buddy to ingest the final remains in the bottom of what was formerly a 2 lb. bag of salted pretzels. May as well have taken a bite out of a salt block. Been there. Chances are if it involves eating something (that may or may not have been intended to be consumed, yet is not entirely poisonous) I have probably ingested it at least once in my life.

She was ultra hot in Bull Durham. If some Canadian gets to tap that, all the better for international relations. I'll volunteer, IIRC Halle Berry just bought a place in Quebec, so looks like we got one so far. One I'd say is a keeper, too.
