There is absolutely nothing wrong with ketchup on hot dogs. When will the world understand this.

Peanut butter on hot dogs, on the other hand, is disgusting.

Ketchup on hot dogs is for retarded monkeys that can't appreciate a good mustard mad.gif

Mustard, chili and onions is probably my favorite hot dog combo thumb.gif

Steak sauce is too overpowering with baby-meat. You need something a little more mellow, like ketchup. No mustard either - it really takes the juices out of the organs. evil.gif

Of course. Adding anything to baby meat is blasphemy. Just give me some good dinner rolls to sop up the blood and I'm good.

As far as the chili goes, +1.

I've never understood the appeal of wasting perfectly good chili on a hot dog.

Ahh, chili dogs are the best! We've got Cupids around here which do great chili dogs and there's the world famous Pinks down in Hollywood. Though I don't get out to Pinks too often.

You put chili on a hot dog because, well, it's a hot dog. It's not like it's good stuff like bratwurst which just needs a bit of mustard or maybe some saurkraut and it's good. Hot dogs require a bit more sprucing up tongue.gif

At a minimum, mustard is a requirement. Onions and relish make for a nice basic combo but chili's the way to go for me.

It's starting to set in. mad.gif

It felt a little off last night, but i ignored it.

It felt a little worse when i started to drive this morning, then it turned to complete {censored} about halfway thru. Got a bottle of fluid, it helped for about 15 seconds then it was out again. I'm also assuming the smoke billowing out from under my car is from the fluid hitting something on the way out of the line, and not because it's going to blow up at any point. frown.gif

I have to drive about 40 miles home.

Heh, I drove a '90 Ford Escort with no power steering for a while (it was an option rolleyes.gif In that small a car it's usually fine once the car is moving but people were always thrown off trying to turn the wheel while stopped.

Maybe stop in at a mechanic quickly on your way home. Forty miles is pretty far and you're probably fine, but the smoke under your car has me a little worried. It probably is just nothing, but wouldn't it suck really bad to find out that you were wrong and got blown up because of it?eek.gif

Yeah, getting blown up would probably suck. The smoke isn't coming from the engine, fortunately. I'm also fairly broke. I'm getting paid today but it won't do me any good until tomorrow. frown.gif I was watching the temp. gauge pretty closely on the way up and it didn't move.
