Members rvschulz
haven't heard of some of them ... very diverse mix of the ones I've heard ... Southern Cross to Whipping Post to Jimi ... lot of different tones there.

Members ggm1960
Looks good, great variety although some may be a bit obscure Good beat, easy to dance to!
Members GreenAsJade
Who are you planning to play to? Where? Reading here for a while now, I've come to realise that the starting point so often seems to be the songlist and not the audience. Isn't that wierd? How can you assess a songlist if you don't know what it's for? I guess that the starting point is an assumption that "this is for bars", which in BWTB is a good starting point, but so often we've heard people describe vastly different crowds/exectations that really even "we'll be playing in bars" barely touches the range of what might make a good songlist. I suspect that most often the approach is "let's get a good songlist then figure out where to play". Hey, that's what we keep doing. But it's suddenly struck me as "all backwards". Members bloolight
I'd say it has a lot of variety at the expense of some focus. As with any songlist, there's stuff on this one I hate. That's just personal taste, though...it's got some solid, well-liked stuff in there along with a few quirky choices.
Members cooterbrown
Yeesh...kinda all over the map.I just couldn't reconcile having CS&N, Everclear, and Incubus in the same set, even though I actually like those songs.I think you would have a lot of people quickly losing interest, no matter how you ordered that set, it's so scattershot. Members souldonor
I would drop the daughtry song but I just think he is a douch, personal vendetta, sorry. Other than that I think it is great to be all over the place. My band is diverse like that. We are a four piece all of us sing. We go from Alice in Chains to Prince. It is about the audience, but I can honestly say that I only hate about 8 of the songs we do and I can get through them only because the crowd loves them. Members newmaxnew
It is all over the place. It might work just great, but I like to have a better focus. Maybe do several sets with different themes. Max
