Members PintoMusic
Nice to meet you Lee. I've been in bands before but, for the past couple of years, I've been working on a singer/songwriter solo project. I'm sure most people on the boards have checked out some of my stuff already but, for those who haven't, it's all at www.pintomusic.com and on my board at pintomusic.proboards30.com. Thanks. Members tucktronix
Well, my name is Jon, 38(also known in these parts as Tuck) and I normally play for several bands, but I'll only introduce one of them since it's the only one with a website. I play keyboards in band called Mind Sky. Our music is best described as symphonic, progressive rock in the same vein as Yes, The Flower Kings, and Genesis. We do mostly originals, but we also do a few covers from The Flower Kings and UK, as well. The band has been together for about 5 years now, I've been with them for about 2 years. Our outfit consists of a vocalist, a drummer, a bass player(who also plays Taurus pedals), a guitarist, and I play alongside another keyboardist. Our website is at www.mindskyband.com. We recently released a CD called, "Timewise". Please PM me if interested in a copy.

And sure, you can call me Mark but all my mates actually call me Burgess, always have.
Members PBBPaul
We are The Pontiac Blues Band. No, we're not from Pontiac, Michigan nor are we sponsored by GM. The Pontiac Blues Band was conceived in 1984 by friends from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin who decided to create a fun musical outlet for themselves. One of the first tunes the band rehearsed was the Sonny Boy Williamson classic 'Pontiac Blues'. While practicing, it came out that Harp player Warren owned a 1970 Firebird. Bassist Ron also owned a classic Pontiac and Drummer Vic had owned a '65 Catalina convertible. Since all of the members were Pontiac fans, what other name could they pick? After a few personnel changes and 20 years of fun band experiences, The Pontiac Blues Band consists of:Paul Williams on Guitar/VocalsVic Tomasello on DrumsRon Frost on Bass/Vocals andBud Farr on Piano, B3 and Vocals. From our humble beginnings as a West side Chicago-style Blues Shuffle band, we have morphed into an amalgam of everything soulful with a wide repertoire of original and cover tunes that include Blues, Soul, Jazz, Funk and Rock music. Our primary goal is and has always been to play to the song with as much passion and energy as possible. We began with the goal of playing occasional weekends but our popularity in the club and festival scenes grew and by the mid-90's we were playing 10-12 gigs per month. The demands on family, day gigs and sanity began to show so we pulled back and currently play 2-4 shows per month sticking mostly to clubs. It's a good thing and allows us to explore the passion within ourselves and our music.

Members whiteroom
My band is made up of 1/2 way over the hill suburbinites making fools of themseves for fun and/or profit. We play the same bunch of re-hashed cover tunes everyone else plays. In fact, we all move so little during a show, we make Bill Wyman look like Richard Simmons. Some of the older band Members are on drugs. (Lipitor, Viagra, prozac, various blood pressure medications) I'm the "baby" of the bunch (37).
