Members bnelly428
We do. It does make a huge difference. It takes the headroom up towards the higher end units. I have no idea what cascading tick is?
Members jwlussow
Run a patch between the output on channel 1 to the input on channel 2. Use both volume pots to get the volume you are looking for. The biggest, possible only real complaint about the PSM200 is the lack of headroom. This workaround eliminates that problem. Members abzurd
I do that with my subs sometimes. I just call it "double bussing". I'd never heard "cascading tick" either. Sounds like a neurological problem.
Members RoadRanger
I suspect "tick" = "trick" but hey, ticks are people too!

Members jwlussow
lol. I'll have to try this out! Thanks for the tip guys! I actually installed a single space patch panel to clean up the wiring on that. It looks much cleaner then running cords from back to front. It is right below the top two PSM200s. The stage rack has 3 PSM200s and 3 AT 3000 wireless mics plus the PODxt Pros and K1 amp for the subs.
Members Vito Corleone
Another option for ambience is that many manufacturers of molded earbuds now offer to drill a small "ambient hole" in the bud. I opted to NOT do this on mine, but think maybe I should have. One of our singers did that and she says its great. Unfortunately, the earbuds are molded and these are the only molded buds either of us have used, so there's no way to really compare our experiences.
