Not that that has really anything to do with Canada, and where Canadian black folks come from. There are lots of black Canadians who come from Haiti and the French speaking parts of Africa, but they're outnumbered by those who came from Jamaica and the other English islands in the Carribean, Africans from the English and non English speaking parts of Africa, and by the black people who came from the US over the last 250 years.
