Now that the hype of In Rainbows has simmered a bit, I'd like to pay respects to one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in a long time.

What's your take on the meaning of this song? Is it a love song?

In the deepest ocean

The bottom of the sea

Your eyes

They turn me

Why should I stay here?

Why should I stay?

I'd be crazy not to follow

Follow where you lead

Your eyes

They turn me

Turn me on to phantoms

I follow to the edge of the earth

And fall off

Everybody leaves

If they get the chance

And this is my chance

I get eaten by the worms

Weird fishes

Picked over by the worms

Weird fishes

Weird fishes

Weird fishes

I'll hit the bottom

Hit the bottom and escape

Escape

I'll hit the bottom

Hit the bottom and escape

Escape

I thought I could hear it in the right channel enter around 1:49, but I don't know for sure.

I think thats guitar, its not sustained enough to be a Ondes Martenot,

but at the part where the guitars cut out and it just breaks out into drums on the ride cymbal, a low sustained noise comes in, i think this could be our dear friend:p

For some reason I don't really care for Videotape. The weird... flapping?... drum thing kind of bugs me.

Haha. I actually really like that part of the song. Well, I like a lot of other things about it, too, but that's a cool part. That other weird percussion part towards the end is so random it almost sounds like someone typing slowly (bonus points for Pavement reference).

I love this whole album. It's amazing. Weird Fishes/Arpeggi is definitely a highlight. I love the slowdown/breakdown part in the middle.

Currently listening to the CD again,

First few weeks didnt really care for 15 step and Faust Arp, After seeing Faust Arp live on the webcast it changed my opinion.

the reason i never really listened to 15 step is the singing at the start reminded me of the lion king, but the end of it is so well done.

My favourite Radiohead album i have to say:thu:
