Members Surrealistic Brillo
listen to one band for the rest of your life who would it be? A friend just asked me and it really got me thinking, a week after I decided it would be Pink Floyd, they have a lot of styles and variety that I don't think I would get sick of them even after a lifetime of listening to them. (or so I think...) So...which band would you listen to if you could only listen to them for the rest of your life? 1 band only! Easy...Yo La Tengo. Members Surrealistic Brillo
No question. Easy... Yo La Tengo There is no band that would get you more varied styles and amazing music. Yes, they are my favorite band, but even "objectively" it's a good choice. Hard to find another more stylistically diverse band. HA!
Members Jules-RM
The Cure from Three Imaginary Boys to Wish. No question. Lots of memories are tied to that band.

Members rabott13
Either thrice or Incubus Probably Incubus pulls ahead though, Even if i get totally burned out on one cd i can just go to another and it's an entirely new band/genre

Members pinkzep52
Probably Bach. He's obviously not a "band" but a composer, but I'd kill myself if I had only one modern band to listen to for the rest of my life.I personally can't stand Bach. Chopin and Tchaikovsky is the way to go

Phil O'Keefe
Beatles. But I wouldn't be happy about being limited to ANY single band for the rest of my life, no matter how awesome.

Members Jules-RM
I'm torn between this and The Velvet Underground for desert island artist. If there were a limitless supply of alcohol (hey, it could happen) definitely Velvet Underground. Especially if there was a hot desert island chick as well, otherwise it would be kind of sad. Members pepperduck
The Beatles would be too easy for me. So I'm gonna have to go with Tim Kasher. But thats kind of cheating since he writes for Cursive and The Good Life.
