Members captions87
Been LOVING this album. Yes, his voice (and the processing done to it) does harken to the beatles a bit, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, it's a great thing, because those great melodies and harmonies are infectious as hell. Really wish I'd have jumped on tickets for one of their shows in LA. Members big_cat
they were so incredibly tight. if it wasn't for one or two slighty pitchy harms i would have thought their vocals were tuned. also the jellyfish lights altered my {censored}ing destiny. Members thezeng
Hey dudes, haven't been around lately, but I figured out how to get that synth sound that's all over the first album and in bits of Lonerism (Apocalypse, Walk Home, Nothing Ever Happened) All you need is a Boss BR-600, that digital recorder Pitch Shift up an octave, half dry full wet (50:100) have some high gain amp modelling on delay on bam
Members Let It Burn...
So I saw them live in Brussels yesterday and it was amazing. A lot of songs from the first record and some new ones too. Elephant was the highlight of the set and people went nuts. Great gig and a ridiculously tight band (srsly, it sounded like they were just playbacking over the record at first).
Members Let It Burn...
not the greatest quality but it proves how tight they are live http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmWsIMhPOT4
