The Kills effects

Just saw the kills, not sure if anyone here digs there music but I like the way Jamie Hince works his guit box. Does anybody know what effects he uses to create that weird delay trick he does all the time? I think it might just be a memory man with the feedback maxed out and a pretty quick repeat time but I'm not quite sure.

there's a vid on youtube from a french TV show where JAmie actually demoes the board a bit for the host....

he's got a a/b box to switch amps

two Boss DD-? delays - used for that stuttering effect

and two POGs

maybe something else but that's about it

he gets his dirt from D/13 amps

My local booteek store has a Divided by 13 half stack in baby blue. Super sexy.

Also, love The Kills.

Divided by 13 amps? Kate Moss must of bought that for him!

Divided by 13: the obvious choice of amp for the lo-fi enthusiast.

The band's crap too. Their cover of Jonathon Fire Eater's 'The Search for Cherry Red' is diabolical. Supermodel {censored}ing load of {censored}e.

Wasn't the singer from the kills in discount? Pretty good pop punk in the 90's.

{censored} yeah, she was. Bunch of my friends went to school w/ them--they had a KILLER high school punk scene in S. FL at the time (Vero Beach, Ft. Pierce, etc.). Bands like them and My Pal Trigger and In Like Flynn used to come up to Tampa and play shows and we'd be blown away because they actually moved around on stage and had fun, whereas most of our high school bands were terrified on stage and just stood there strumming.
