Members Fender&EHX4ever
I was just at Sam Ash today, and saw the Danelectro 67 Hornet Agent Orange. I have to admit that it caught my eye. But the thing looks like it belongs in the Jetson's kitchen. Does it sound any good? Members who235
They're not that expensive. I think they go for $350. I want to get one but I'm broke as hell. Maybe I'll trade for one.
Members scolfax
Looks sweet, but that's a lot of knobs for two single-coils!

Members SpectralJulian
Looks sweet, but that's a lot of knobs for two single-coils! 2 volume 2 tone. That's pretty standard for all two pickup guitars unless you're a fendnerd. The only guitars of mine that have less than 2/2 are one pickup guitars, which just have 1/1. Members bigcheese93
I would want humbuckers on it, other than that I would be all over that guitar.

I wired the middle one on mine to master tone, and the third is a neck blender.

Members Wulver
Actually might be one of the only Danos I don't much want. But I still want it. Just not as much as I want an actual Jazzmaster. Plus the fact it's missing that sort of masonite magic that defines Danelectro to some degree in my mind.

Thanks for pointing that out, looked at the Musicians Friend page and it's a basswood body.... not saying that's good or bad, just assumed it was masonite. Members Dolf
Singlecoils > Humbuckers. This is a very cool little guitar. I didn't realize SMASH would be stocking them. I'll have to go check one out for {censored}zngigglez

Members Let It Burn...
I don't like the part where the knobs are. It's like a tumor on a beautiful guitar
Members Dolf
it would definitely look better without that metal piece under the knobs. But I guarantee doing it all top-routed saved money, which is why they can offer it so cheap. Oh, and "wood bridge FTL."
Members Leaves
Intonating that thing, with that bridge, seems impossible to me.
