Members OlympusAudio Posted September 17, 2009 Members Share Posted September 17, 2009 I picked up one of these a few months back in Cobalt Blue as pictured above. I absolutely frickin' love it. The pick ups sound great, which I kinda expected. It plays really well. Restringing the first time was kind of a pain because I was an idiot and popped at the strings at once. I made my wife hold the trem down while I threw on an E and A to hold the bridge back in place. Restringing one at a time solves that problem easily although I never feel like my strings are secure. So far, so good though. Haven't lost one off the bridge yet. My only difficulty with it is the weight. I typically play a Les Paul and it always feels alien to me for the fist 5 minutes when I strap this on. Played it live for the first time this past weekend and it sounded great on the playback.
