Members Bill Cosby Posted August 6, 2009 Members Share Posted August 6, 2009 I can post the pm's if you want.But that's not the proper thing to do.Rush pm'd me saying the DEM had a "short" in the wiring.I told him it didnt have a short in it when i tested it out before i packaged it up to ship him.He accused me of knowing about the short.I tried to sort it out privately with him.He threatened to drag me under the bus, by saying i traded him a faulty pedal.Therefor I tell Max that I traded a guy a DEM and that it wasn't working, or had a "short" in it. Wondering if he knew anything about DEM's or EHX pedals in general.He, before I told him about the "short", says, "oh i bet a solder joint popped, or something during shipping." Thus confirming something happened during shipping.Later today I see that Rushfan is selling the DEM in the spam thread:http://acapella.harmony-central.com/showpost.php?p=35745992&postcount=62He stated that the two pedals had a slight electrical short.So I pm'd him what was posted earlier in this thread: Frankly dude, I don't believe you. I think you knew about it before hand. I find it hard to believe that something "occurred" during shipping. It is admirable that you want to "protect" other forumites, yet you had no trouble sending me questionable stuff, and selling what I traded you right away so there was no turning back. Do you think I was born yesterday? In no way am I trying to scam anyone, thats about as low as you can get.But I've shared my side of the story, and I'm sure we'll hear his.If you want to shun me, then so be it.
