The guy who lived here before us who put this addition on was a little dumb. Didn't make a dime back on it. The actual house is your average two story ranch. not really that huge. It's so perfect. It's close to soundproof, neighbors have never bitched about noise once with drums and guitar and {censored}. Once you threw up a layer of drywall and insulation it'd be dead quiet.
