Members NITEFLY182 Posted March 23, 2010 Members Share Posted March 23, 2010 If I was going to use a Tone Bender for that style I would build a MKII with a tone control added so you would be able to darken it up a little of you wanted. I would probably make it fatter overall too to help with the wall of sound thing. On their own I think Tone Benders sometimes lack the thickness you would want for that style. Just find one you like and turn it loud and you're there. yeah, hell, alot of the sam epedals used for blues can be used for shoegaze. i use a power boost, and so did jeff beck, and dave gilmour, 3 styles right there!
