Members tonaldeath
Kinman P90 HX. Never tried them, and at over $300 for a pair, they're definitely not cheap. But {censored}, that is some good tone and this dude has serious chops.....for a dad [video=youtube;hvP3soyUK9M]

Members tonaldeath
one of these days I will own a Strat with P90's, and it will rule Yessir, that would be a beautiful beast to tame. I will go to the front lines of that battle with you, and we will destroy worlds.....I'm not putting rails in my Les Paul DC though, so don't even ask. Members tonaldeath
those sound like most if the p90s I get Yeah. I was reading on the kinman site that regular p90 pickups have 13 parts, these have 202. So it's not just dummy coil technology. I wonder what he does to get them so noiseless, but (to my ears) so true to the P90 sound.

Members fadedjoy
i have a kinman SCn in the bridge of my blues strat (tom anderson) and it sounds great and plays like a dream. i pair it with a van zandt blues in the mid and a fralin blues in the neck. i was looking at getting the kinman p-90's for a casino not long ago. Members tonaldeath
I might start with one p90 hx, and leave one standard p90 in my guitar for now. Now that just leaves me wondering which position I should put the hx in first, bridge or neck...
Members tonaldeath
Anyone know how these compare to the Fralin Noiseless P90s?...in terms of sound, not design. I've heard mixed reviews about the Fralins (but great things about his other offerings).
