Members SonicVI
I was in Bastrop this weekend visiting my mom. Her house was about 6 miles north of the state park off HW21. A firefighter said he saw her subdivision and it looked like it was hit by a nuclear bomb. Everything just completely leveled.

Members delayed delay
Yup... I'm in Katy, TX and the air is quite smoggy down here. They've evacuated a couple towns near us, and I'm just praying no one gets hurt and that they stop it before it reaches Katy - we're not used to dealing with wild fires like this here; you Californians need to send us your expertise in this area... I guess that's what happens when this is the worst drought this state has ever had (on record).

Members delayed delay
There's no fire in Katy, but there was at least one up around Magnolia. We actually did have 2 within the last few days; they never got too out of control, but one did nearly burn down a Red Robin and a Cinemark theatre.
