Members Gunslinger69
1176+7=1183 I'm including the Xboard. Advise if we're limiting ourselves to things that generate sound - posts on first page would seem to suggest otherwise.
Members Don Solaris
Nonetheless, I can't begin to imagine how does Andy's 32 osc unison sound. Thinner than 16 oscillators of OB-8 in unison, but that is another topic.

Members stikygum
I have a Doepfer case, but only a Osc and filter in there. Does that count? I guess it could be considered a minimal synth, but it's mainly an add on for the FR XS.

Members Don Solaris
No Xpander, PPG or Prophet VS in that list I like none of them. The question should have been: "no Prophet 5, or MiniMoog".
Members flat earth
I like none of them. The question should have been: "no Prophet 5, or MiniMoog". What about MemoryMoog? That would be my definitive choice, (if i ever had the funds to purchase one)
Members Don Solaris
What about MemoryMoog? That would be my definitive choice, (if i ever had the funds to purchase one) I'm lucky enough to play one whenever i want. A very nice synth, goes perfect with JP-8. Examples:

Members gearaholic79
so did my acoustic instruments(melodica and piano) count?
Members evildragon
No, SYNTHS only. No pianos, no rhodes, no clavinet, no wurly, no harpsichords, clavichords, melodicas etc. They make only one sound. They are not synths. Hammond on the other hand is a synth in a way, using additive synthesis to create sound. Drum machines which have subtractive synthesis also count (they need to have at least a filter).
