I also clearly stated that they shouldn't be held accountable for their actions either. Yeah pretty much. Except you seemed to imply that we should wear kids gloves and not rush to judgment when dealing with people who commit violent crimes because they might have done it just because they are mentally ill. When I was on honeymoon in the states, I started watching a 90 minute film on TV and it took about 4 hours for adverts, I'm surprised anybody sees anything but medicine adverts with 4 minute disclaimers about how they might give you brain cancer.
