It will come with the power supply (which you will definately need it since it's not a standard operating jack), box, manuals, etc. The only thing different from a new one is that I removed the small rubber feet on the bottom so I could put it on my pedalboard with velcro. It's a VERY good mid to high gain overdrive/distortion (so it's no Timmy or LTD). It sounds ALOT like good Marshall OD/Distortion. Like...ALOT.
