Members Citizen Klaus
New from Korg: KP3+, Kaossilator Pro+ http://www.korg.com/kp3plushttp://www.korg.com/KaossilatorPro+ The videos look very... umm... DJ. As for the units themselves, I guess we get new effects for the KP3+, new synths and PCM for the KOPro+, and USB MIDI support for both. Members zzzxtreme
i like namm 2013. gassing for dave smith prophet 12, but probably can only afford mini ms-20. but what I really need for gigs is Yamaha MX49, to compliment my Roland 37key rompler
Members Casio Man
I am totally mindlessly gassing for P12!!! I probably cannot afford it, but even though I would need a gig piano/organ/e.piano and workstation first, I'm still aiming to get P12 this year, or next, and leave the mundane stuff into the shops, and wait for next Casio synth to do everything else. Members Robbins
On the 30th anniversary of the Yamaha DX7, Yamaha didn't even represent us a synth. How boring they are!
Members cresshead
regarding Yamaha i have to say they don't get enough flak form synth players...we see enough moaning about Roland but at least they still make "synths"..Yamaha just do R.O.M players now all dirived from the Motif...there's no synth by yamaha in 2013 that has KNOBS and SLIDERS like a real synth should.Korg never drifed away from synths and has the bottle to re issue the MS20Roland still in there but really should being back some classics -sh101, tr808 but at least they are attempting to bridge the gap with the legacy collection for jupiter50/80Yamaha - i used to be just about ALL yamaha gear back in 80's-early90's from the rx11, rx5, spx90, cx5m, fbo1, sy77, ry30, mu80, tg33. yamaha don't make synths now...they make rom players.....DISCUSS?
