Members Armchair Bronco
It looks like one of those "Paint By Numbers" velvet things from the 1970's that got washed. It's hideous!
Members thinkpad20
So much unnecessary trouble... Painter's tape + black spraypaint, done deal. Or a powdercoat. Or you might be able to buy a RK/Roadster/Tremoverb-style cloth grill from Mesa.
Members nerol1st
He didn't remove the original face, just the diamond plate and that' just adhesive. I know it's corksniffery, but I kind of dig hardwood headshells.
Members NinjaRaf
I dont mind the diamond plate, but I think its cool when people do that kinda stuff. His guitars look like pretty solid builds...I really like the headstock.

Actually, that whole guitar looks pretty sweet! The hardwood headshells are really nice, but gat DAMN they're expensive! I'm happy with mine, more understated, but classy! Yeah man, black cloth w/ white piping looks killer as an amp face, particularly if it's paired with a black cloth / white piping cab.

Members nerol1st
I love the look of both those Road Kings. I want one so bad. His guitars are solid, if I had a grand kicking around I would probably have him build me one. I'm jealous of his ability to build the whole thing from scratch.
